At RoopGlow, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

✅ Conditions for Return:

• Product must be unused and in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

✅ Refund Process:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

• In case of Cash on Delivery orders, you can choose refund via bank transfer or store credit.
